Game design with Blender

Done with Python, and onto Blender, which is a game engine, that uses game logic to work. It is a 3D platform, on which you move a character/player, which in this case is a cube, around by making the W, A, S, D, and Space keys work with the sensors, controllers, and actuators.

We have been watching videos to learn how to use blender. Most of the class has gotten quite far in, although after a while I decided to make a different kind of game because I was bored and it wasn't really working or making much sense. It will eventually have coins and jumps and things, but for now it is just a game of get to the bottom as quick as you can and jump off, killing yourself. When it is finished it will be a game of  get to the bottom as quick as you can and jump off, killing yourself with as many coins as possible. I will probably give it a name like "Coin Jumper", "Speed Coin Death" or something like that. Not quite sure yet. Maybe not. It is a game with 6 platforms, each under the other with many possible shortcuts. Currently my cube can move up, down, left, and right, and can also jump.

Here is a quick video of it so far CLICK MEEEE
